Choose the pages through the print dialog

Open the PDF in Microsoft Edge, then open Print and select Microsoft Print to PDF as the destination. Enter a single page, a range, or a comma-separated set of page numbers according to what the new document should contain. This process uses a virtual printer rather than producing paper. Save the result with a new filename in the intended folder.

Use a dedicated splitter for repeated extraction

The guide also describes PDF Merger and Splitter as another option on Windows. Its split mode lets the user load a document, select pages from previews, and either combine the selection into one new PDF or export the selected pages individually. Decide which output is needed before running the operation. Retain the original document while checking the extracted files so that the requested pages and order can be verified.
